Coaching Solutions Frequently Asked Questions

During the initial discovery call our coach will spend time exploring how we can help you. They will ask questions to help understand your current challenges and specific needs. It may be that the coach you speak to during this call isn’t the coach you see for your programme of work as we always want to ensure we match you with the best coach for your specific needs and desired outcomes from your programme. Where this is the case we will arrange a follow-on introductory meeting with your coach to ensure everyone is happy to proceed.
This is all part of the initial discovery process. Our team of coaches all have different specialisms and experiences so part of this process is matching you with a coach you feel comfortable working with and who will be best placed to support you achieve your coaching outcomes.
Coaching programmes vary in length depending on the outcomes desired and the tasks required to achieve those outcomes. Most clients are suitable for a shorter, more condensed programme but this requires a higher level of commitment to complete tasks and we often find clients prefer to work on a longer programme of work. Most clients work on a 6-12 month programme but we discuss this all following the initial discovery call.
90% of clients notice they feel immediately better with enhanced clarity after the initial complimentary session. Any coaching journey can, at times, feel stretching but your coach is there to support you through the process and continue to move you towards your outcomes in a supportive way.
We offer one off, monthly or tailored investment plans. We will include a number of investment suggestions in your proposal but these sometimes require tweaks to meet individual needs and budgets. We want to do everything we can to ensure you get the support you need so if you want to explore alternatives, please let us know so we can discuss this with you and find something that works.
An essential part of any coaching journey is the action you take as a result of your interactions with your coach. To move forward along your coaching journey your coach will inevitably ask you to complete some actions. These may include things such as suggested reading, journaling, having conversations but anything you are asked to do between sessions is moving you towards your outcomes. Your coach will summarise any tasks following your coaching session and will ensure they are achievable and sessions spaced sufficiently for you to complete them. Your coach is there to support you and set stretching targets but this is done with your agreement and in alignment with your desired outcomes.
This really is dependent on both geography and client/coach preference. All our coaches are used to working both online and in person. Sometimes certain sessions will need to be completed in person, but we always discuss your preference from the outset so we can ensure we build a programme that works for individual circumstances.
